Our wheelchair-accessible vans are equipped with modern ramps — not hydraulic lifts. Ramps are faster to deploy, quieter, more reliable, and gentler on passengers. Clients can travel in their own manual or power wheelchair; our drivers secure your chair with a full four-point tie-down plus lap belt and shoulder harness for every transport.

Unlike curb-to-curb services, we escort you from inside your residence to inside your destination. Our staff handles it the whole way.
Drivers pass background checks, drug testing, motor vehicle reports, and health physicals. They complete extensive training on patient handling, ramp operation, wheelchair securement, HIPAA, and interpersonal care.
Our vehicles are serviced regularly on a coordinated preventive maintenance schedule. Vehicles and drivers are properly insured and compliant with all federal and state mandates.
Safety is our number-one priority. Every loaded wheelchair is secured using a full four-point tie-down connecting to the solid frame of the wheelchair, combined with a lap belt and/or shoulder harness connected to the lap belt. Even passengers who remain in their own power chair with a serviceable lap belt are additionally secured with a company lap belt — no exceptions.
Why ramps instead of lifts? Wheelchair ramps load faster than hydraulic lifts, have fewer mechanical parts that can fail, require less maintenance, and are quieter and gentler for medically fragile passengers. It's a better experience for everyone.

Beyond the physical aspects of the job, drivers are instructed on interpersonal skills for effectively accommodating the needs of our aging clientele. Underscored by the importance of privacy and confidentiality, all drivers are educated on HIPAA rules and facility-specific policies.
Standard base pick-up fees apply plus mileage for each transport. We accept multiple methods of payment, including all major credit cards, check, and cash. Discounts are available for clients paying at the time of transport.
Approved clients with an executed MTS Service Agreement will be invoiced per the terms of the Agreement.
